Wind was reading 25 knots plus on the pebble bank and there were lots of kitesurfers out. Neil had just got off the water on a 5.7m and big (115ltr) board as well so I rigged my 5.6m and Naish and gave it a go.

Unfortunately there just wasn't enough wind. I did get planing once or twice but couldn't get a way from the beach.
